Yes, our hair can be colored. We recommend having it colored by a professional stylist to ensure the best results and preserve the quality of the hair. Please keep in mind that coloring or chemically processing the hair may affect its original texture and longevity.
To maintain the softness, shine, and longevity of your hair, we recommend using sulfate-free and moisturizing products, gently detangling from the ends upward, and using a heat protectant whenever applying heat. Avoid excessive heat and always allow the hair to fully dry after washing. Proper care will help extend the life of your extensions.
Our processing time is 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene purposes, all hair sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped. If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos so our team can assist you.
